supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated.
Defective merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned
within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or within one
year of the original invoice date for a replacement. Please note that
all returns will be inspected before a credit or replacement unit is
issued. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
In order to receive a full refund, minus the shipping cost, the item must be unused and
in the original packaging. All factory supplied components and
paperwork must also be included. Items returned with missing parts or
pieces may not be eligible for refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using UPS or FedEx for all shipping.
All
returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which
can be obtained by calling our office at 800-624-5988. Merchandise will
not be accepted without an RMA number and will be returned to the
customer if received without prior authorization.
